loud computing is an emerging platform that enables information and communication technologies, such as mobile commerce and big data analysis, to thrive. In recent years, the proliferation of cloud computing has stimulated the needs of the cloud-related workforce. The purpose of this research is to explore the human capital needs induced by the development of the cloud computing industry in Taiwan. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative research design to portray a comprehensive picture of cloud human resource development, including conducting job mining and investigating manpower requirements of cloud companies, by interviewing with 20 firms and holding two focus group interviews. The findings of the study provide an overview of job trends and summarize challenges related with selection, staffing, training, and retention in effort to aid cloud human resource development and cultivation. This study provides groundwork for a preliminary understanding the status quo of cloud-related human resource development in Taiwan. This Paper aimed to identify the impact of electronic human resource management practices through the main study dimensions represented in the (e-recruitment, e-selection, e-training, e-performance appraisal, e-communications, e-compensation) on the operational performance through the main dimensions represented on the (Time, cost, quality of service and flexibility) in the telecommunications sector in Jordan represented by three companies of Cellular Communications (Zain, Orange and Umniah). The study population consisted of all employees in supervisory positions in the three companies totaling (329) male and female employees. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and a stratified random sample consisting of 178 employees male and female were selected.To collect the needed data a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the sample; data was analyzed using SPSS statistical software, as has the process of analysis based on descriptive statistics and statistical analytical. The results showed that there is existence of a positive statistically significant impact to dimensions of electronic human resources management (e-recruitment, e- selection, e-training, e-performance appraisal, e-communications, and e-compensation) on the dimensions of operational performance (time, cost, quality of service, and flexibility)....
This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the use of traditional managers to manage the\nbehavior of workers in the five-star hotels in Aqaba, and by reference to the study, data\nanalysis and test hypotheses and we can infer the most important findings of the researcher\nduring the study, we found there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance\n(0.05> ?) traditional management to create the concept of frustration among employees within the organization where this variable obtained a total rank medium (3.4306), suggesting\nthat a negative finding on the traditional management the concept of frustration among\nemployees within the organization....
Despite the literature supporting the role of attitude in exploring consumer behavior, we still know very little about the cognitive factors that directly or indirectly influence attitude. Through a series of three studies, the relationships between cognitive factors and attitude were explored. This research showed that attitude is directly influenced by concern. In addition, our research demonstrates the potential impact of moderators between concern and attitude. Consumption influenced by high perceived value for money and high outcome expectancy was linked to higher levels of concern and contributed to higher attitude. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of these findings were discussed....
